Our Supply group is responsible for brewing, packaging and shipping the famous Budweiser beer. They also oversee aluminum can manufacturing, barley fields, hop farms and a rice mill. Involvement in the daily management of plant operations
Ensure quality systems and procedures are in place
Develop relationships and provide service to customers to ensure satisfaction with our products
Lead and facilitate VPO management in the plant
Achieve significant process improvements by guiding teams and individuals in the application and use of analytical methods
Solve plant problems through the development of creative and innovative solutions
Lead the implementation of plant quality systems
Deliver quality-related training, develop and provide guidance on quality standards
Present results and issues to senior executives as a member of the plant management team
Bachelor's degree (Statistics, Math or Engineering preferred)
Strong leadership and analytical skills with 3-5 years experience in the application of statistical methods in a manufacturing environment
Excellent communication skills
Demonstrated success in facilitating cross-functional teams
Change agent with the ability to influence at all levels
Willingness to relocate
