We need your talent. Only working 4 days a week with 3 day weekends We offer great benefits with an amazing schedule for that work life balance we all need. No welding experience necessary, but machine operating or manufacture experience is preferred. -1st Shift / $14.50: 5am - 3:30pm, Tues - Fri (off Saturday, Sunday, Monday) -2nd Shift / $14.75: 5pm - 3:30am, Mon - Thurs (off Friday, Saturday Sunday)Weekly Paychecks -Full-time Hours with the opportunity for Voluntary Overtime -Medical, Dental, Vision, Short Term Disability, Term Life Insurance, and 401(k) Performance/Attendance Awards $50.00 a week -Casual Dress Code -Friendly Work Environment -Employee Discount Programs
Responsibilities
-1 year in related experience in a manufacturing environment (Machine operating / Manufacturing /Welding) is preferred
-Ability to use hand tools including, but not limited to; file, hand drill, and disc sander.
-Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
-Log in and out of clients system
-Clock rhythm when loading and watching cell
The essential functions of this role include:
working in a non-temperature controlled environment
standing for 10 hours at one time
