SAP Data Lead
Olin Corporation is hiring anSAP Data Leadto be located at the headquarters inClayton, Missouri (STL area). The Data Lead will develop plans and will oversee the execution of data activities for a global implementation of SAP S/4 HANA 1709 for Finance, Manufacturing, Commercial and Supply Chain processes and users.

The SAP Data Lead is responsible for the design of Material Master, Vendor Master and Customer Master. In addition, the SAP Data Lead is also responsible to develop plans and approach for the ETL for all other master data objects (approximately 100 data objects).
Design, develop, lead and manage Olin’s to-be global data governance processes
Work directly with stakeholders in the business to design, develop and govern the creation and maintenance of master data, along the related processes and workflow
Manage the implementation of best in class master data governance tools
Manage the execution of data cleansing, enrichment (mapping rulesets) and conversion for approximately 100 master data objects.
Oversee the completion of data deliverables and activities for on budget, on scope, on time delivery
Lead and drive for appropriate data design for SAP process/functional integration points and cross-application components
Oversee the completion of configuration, configuration document, testing forMaterial Master, Vendor Master and Customer Master
Perform a quality review of all relevant project artifacts (Business Process Design documents, Functional Specs, Configuration documents, etc.) to ensure completeness, accuracy, and overall quality expectations are met
Assist with project status updates, identify risks and define mitigation plans, and assist in resolving issues
Liaise with cross-functional project teams – across geographies Participate in the planning and coordination of releases to production
Collaborate with internal business customers and other support team members to implement changes in production environment of SAP
Stay abreast of SAP releases and new functionality and makes related recommendations to internal business customers and IT management
Bachelor’s Degree*; Computer Science, MIS or related field preferred
At least 10 years hands-on experience working with SAP; at least 5 years as a Master Data Lead, including several projectimplementations and global project implementations
Knowledge and experience with MDG and/or MDM solution
Experience with activities throughout the ETL cycle (data profiling, cleansing, conversion, governance, etc.)
Excellent organizational, analytical, written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Attention to detail, self-motivated and self-directed
Strong interpersonal skills which provide the ability to:

Ability to work in team oriented, collaborative environment
Ability to work on enhancements, break-fixes and major projects – sometimes at the same time
Approximately 10% travel required, within US and abroad, as needed
Preference will be given to candidates with the following skills and/or experience:
Knowledge and experience with data design to support Supply Chain and/or Commercial and/or Finance and/or Manufacturing processes
Knowledge of S/4 HANA suite of applications
SAP support experience
*Degree must be from a school that is accredited by an accrediting agency recognized by the Secretary of Education of the U.S. Department of Education.
