Position Summary:

SURVICE Engineering is seeking candidates with CBRN defense expertise to provide JT&E test planning support at Fort Leonard Wood, MO. Will draft and test a Tactic, Technique and Procedure (TTP) for use by USNORHTCOM, USPACOM and other US Combatant Commands and service components. This TTP will address new/improved processes for the movement of CBRN data from the point of detection/sampling to the higher headquarters responsible for the decision and/or analysis, without the necessity of going to the potentially contaminated area whenever possible.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide subject matter knowledge to analyze TTPs to identify gaps in the area of joint CBRN warning and reporting, particularly at the tactical level (battalion and below)

  • Work with Test Planners and Test Lead to design tests and methodologies to verify the TTPs

  • Coordinate details for test events; reviewing and analyzing test results; and document effort in test plans and reports

Primary knowledge and skills(successful candidates will have expertise in one or more of the following):

  • CBRN military specialty code with minimum of 5 years of experience including technical knowledge of current CBRN weapons/agents and hazards.

  • Experience with CBRN doctrine, processes, and operations.

  • Experience operating with CBRN personal protective equipment (PPE) in simulated/real-world CBRN environments

  • CBRN sample analysis and exploitation/information dissemination

  • CBRN-D Experience operating in the PACOM area of responsibility

Education and Experience: We are looking for a someone with 6 or more years of relevant experience. Technical degree desired, but not required.
