Location: Jackson, Missouri, United States

Position title: Line Changer, Consumer & Commercial Solutions Division

Job Responsibilities – Androck Line Changer : Replaces used rackswith “clean racks” on the line and process flags, brackets, uprights,nail braces and occasionally shelving.

  • Offline rack: raw parts from bins to racks.

  • Hang rack hooks

  • Change rack hooks every (3) times

  • Online rack: racks of raw parts hung onto paintline rack.

  • Unracking: painted parts from paint line rack tobins.

  • Packing:painted parts from bins to boxes.

  • Line Changing:replace used racks with “clean” racks on the line.

  • Upright Cells:bundle uprights and stack off.

  • Flag Cell:pack boxes of flags for shipping.

  • A.L.:Stack off tracks after cut; pack tracks into boxes; assist Operatoras needed.

  • Rotate areas weekly or as needed depending onworkload.

MinimumRequirements – High School education/G.E.D. Theability to add, subtract, multiply and divide to verify quantities forproduction.

Preferred Requirements – Employee lifts/carries 10pounds constantly (67% of the time or over 500 times/day.)

  • Ability to safely andsuccessfully perform essential job functions consistent with ADA, FMLA, and otherfederal, state and local standards/requirements.

  • Ability to meet andmaintain all qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.

  • Ability to maintainreasonably regular and punctual attendance consistent with ADA, FMLA and otherfederal, state and local standards/requirements.

  • Compliance with allpersonnel policies and practices.
