To learn more about our Corrugated Division, visit Day In The Life Typically Includes:Working throughout the facility in various areas to include relieving employees for breaks, learning to operate production equipment, and maintaining cleanliness and safety in assigned areas Assisting crew members with set-ups, troubleshooting and making minor machine adjustments Keeping work area clean throughout shifts and performing tasks that may change from day to day or hour to hour Managing job assignments and sharing team quality goals and completing appropriate end of the day reportingConducting required quality checks on products to ensure customer satisfaction Adhering to all safety, health, and plant rules, policies, procedures and guidelines Supporting our safe working environment by wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and abiding by Lock-Out-Tag-Out safety procedures Increasing knowledge and application of work processes to understand how they lead to increased productivity and reduced waste of useable productWhat You Will Need:Minimum six (6) months of experience in a manufacturing, industrial, construction, warehouse environment or military serviceWilling to work in a loud/noisy, hot, humid, dusty, greasy and high-volume environment Willing and able to wear the necessary Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) (i.e. bump hats, safety glasses, face shield, chemical suit, respirator, ear plugs, hearing protection, steel-toe boots or safety shoes and other PPE required by specific jobs) Willing and able to maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulationsWilling and able to perform tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing and/or pulling for up to twelve (12) hours a day Willing and able to occasionally lift up to 50lbs Willing and able to work any shift; overtime, weekends and holidays as needed with short noticeWilling and able to sign a confidentiality agreement as a condition of employmentWhat Will Put You Ahead?High school diploma or GED Previous experience working in the corrugated industryPrevious experience assisting machine operators with manufacturing equipmentPrevious experience with preventive or predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipmentPrevious experiences operating a motorized forklift or clamp truck Experience using computers for basic record keeping and documentation functionsSalary and benefits commensurate with experience.We are an equal opportunity employer.
