BUSINESS CONTRIBUTION:

The successful candidate will set-up, monitor, adjust and changeover the heat treat/hot form equipment to the documented manufacturing process. Assist in developing and maintaining control and capacity of manufacturing process, to product high quality products for our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Safely and efficiently perform complex tasks related to machinery, equipment and operating procedures within the department

  • Perform quality checks according to documentation

  • Inspect components for characteristics as per specifications

  • Troubleshoot and perform light maintenance of machinery and equipment

  • Train others as needed

    EDUCATION:

  • High school diploma or nationally recognized regionally accredited equivalent required.

  • Machine technology courses or related experience preferred.

    QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Mechanical aptitude, writing, and basic math skills required

  • Previous job related or department experience preferred

  • Machine operation experience preferred

  • Must be able to obtain forklift license

  • Self-starter needing minimal direction

  • Demonstration of a high degree of flexibility

  • Must be able to work effectively and communicate with others in a team environment

  • English fluency for safety, training and documentation purposes

  • Stable work history with good employment references

  • Excellent attendance record

    HOURS:

  • Must be available to work onsite for the following shift:

  • WEEKEND shift: 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Friday - Sunday

  • Overtime may be required
