The Quality Improvement Manager is responsible for providing leadership and oversight of quality improvement projects within the Division. The Quality Improvement Manager will provide management of quality improvement operations, including quality assurance, project management across multiple projects, and personnel management. The Quality Improvement Manager will lead the development, implementation, coordination, and expansion of clinical quality improvement projects. The Quality Improvement manager collaborates with the clinical research team to assure that any QI projects that also involve research are coordinated appropriately across teams. The Quality Improvement Manager tracks and reports process and outcome data regularly in order to evaluate and improve projects.

Master's Degree (Preferred)
AND 3-5 years experience - Quality Improvement or Clinical Research (preferred)
Bachelor's Degree (Required)
AND 5-7 years experience - Quality Improvement or Clinical Research (preferred)
Our pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $32.62, but your offer will be determined based on your education and experience.
