Staff Management | SMX is hiring for Production Operators with Our Client in Lee's Summit, MO

Production Operators operate all plant equipment and perform machine set-up as needed.

We have a new 12 hour schedule with 2 days on 2 days off rotating schedule.

Industry: Manufacturing.

Duties: Responsibilities include the operation of manufacturing process equipment, quality inspection and other tasks as needed while ensuring compliance with environmental, health and safety policies.

Employment Types: Full Time, Temp to Hire, Long Term.

Work Location: Parker Hannifin/Lees Summit, 417 SE Thompson Dr, Lees Summit, MO 64082.

Job Types: General Labor, General Production, Light Industrial, Machine Operator.

Shifts: 2nd Shift, 1st Shift.

Attributes: Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old.

Required Skills:

All positions require ability to lift up to 30 pounds, climb stairs, kneel, stoop, sit, walk extensively for shift duration (12 hour). Willingness to learn all equipment and move from one job to another as business needs warrant

Good record keeping and measurement skills. Ability to learn company-specific programs. Ability to work in a team. Able to read, write and speak English fluently.
