We are passionate about what we do and we also believe work should (and can) be fun.About the OpportunityThe Production Technician position is a key part of our customer-focused philosophy, and thus your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service to our customers. In this role you will repair equipment for f'real customers and equipment owned by f'real. In this role you will also build and package parts to be sold to customers. Providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is critical. This position will be based in our Lee's Summit, MO office and will report directly to the Production Team Lead.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMESRepair f'real equipment (blenders, freezers and other equipment)Prepare SBC, SSD, UIM's and other electronic blender parts for shipmentAssist with special one-time projects that may include light fabrication and design workOther duties as requested by managementKNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCEAbout YouWe're looking for a highly-motivated, smart and conscientious person who is passionate about consumer products. You should have excellent technical skills with a great customer support background. You should be comfortable taking the bull by the horns, working independently and as a team.
