Kelly Services Inventory Associate - Parts Department in O Fallon, Missouri

Job Description

Parts Department

Location: O'Fallon/ Lake St. Louis (St. Charles County)

Hours: Monday through Friday 7 am - 330 pm

Pay: $15/ hour


-Identify, control, segregate, and maintain all stock to a serviceable or unserviceable category.

-Preserve all articles or parts while carried in inventory, including parts that are subject to deterioration and shelf life specifications.

-Control inventory

-Distribute to all pertinent departments, any miscellaneous technical information, etc. which is received by stockroom personnel

-Familiarize yourself with the content and procedures of this Repair Station Manual as well as the Quality Control System Manual

-Check stock levels, and rotating stock as new stock enters the stockroom

-Supply parts at the Stockroom Counter, at the request of the Technicians

-Load, unload, and receive all parts

-Arrange pick up all parts, which are order fro local vendors

-Ship all parts to customer, including UPS, AirFreight, and regular mail shipments or similar such couriers

-Perform such other duties, which may be delegated to them from time to time by appropriate management personnel.

Skills/ Qualifications:

High school Diploma or GED

One year of related work experience

Forklift experience, certification preferred

Pallet jack experience

Strong written and verbal communications

Excellent organizational process development skills

Accuracy in documenting processes and procedures

Must be able to multi task and complete tasks with speed and thoroughness

Be able to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands/arms climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl

May required lifting and/or moving up to 50 lbs.
