Location/Division Specific Information
This position supports the Biologics department within the Pharma Services Group in St. Louis, MO.
How will you make an impact?
This position functions to provide Logistics department day-to-day QA support and ensure quality systems are executed appropriately according to current requirements. This role will serve as the Logistics point-of-contact for QA and will be primarily responsible for deviation investigation records, working with management on CAPAs, performing documentation updates/reviews and department Change Controls.
What will you do?
Deviation investigation and review
Perform root cause analysis
Collaborate and decide proper CAPAs to mitigate root cause, CAPA record allocation/assignment for QA review
Monitor record activity and due dates, meet schedules and due dates
Review and update department SOPs as required
Create department and client specific Job Aids as required
Manage and audit department logbooks
Manage PM schedule for department freezers and cold rooms
Maintain the freezer capacity model
Aid with shipping documentation
Support regulatory, internal and customer audits
Support offsite warehouse inventory and transactions
How will you get here?
Education
- Bachelor's degree is required.
Experience
Possess a broad knowledge of Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance, regulatory compliance or quality control inclusive of cGMP and FDA regulations
Experienced with documentation and quality systems
Organized and have an attention to detail
Prioritize multiple assignments and changing priorities
Ability to learn and utilize computerized systems for daily performance of tasks
