Offset Press Operator

Randstad St. Louis has partnered with a printing company in need of an Offset Press Operator on 1st shift.

Responsibilities:

-Press setup and operation (Primary duty)

-Check their work closely ensuring the product is good before moving it to the next step

-Work at a speed that equals or betters the estimated time

-Investigating and implementing productivity improvements

-Work with machine repair personnel both on the phone and on press as needed

-Keeping up with software updates/upgrades

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Skills:

-Understand job tickets

-Press maintenance - cleaning and preventative maintenance

Education:

No Degree Required

Experience:

Experienced

Qualifications:

At least 3 years' previous experience with

-Komori 28" 6 Color Press with Coater

-Heidelberg SM52 20" 6 Color with Coater

-Heidelberg 102ZP 40" 2 Color with Perfector
