PDS is seeking a Process Excellence Associate, Saint Louis, MO.
Summary:
This individual will coordinate/monitor all aspects of the sites of the North America Audit Program, provide employee training and support, and support the quality management system.
- Qualified candidates will possess strong inspections/auditing skills, have a demonstrated ability to solve problems and implement sustainable solutions, and effectively communicate with external auditors as well as multiple functional groups within the organization.
General Responsibilities:
Collaborate with staff and managers to effectively assess training needs Overseeing the planning and designing of the curriculum
Conducting in-house and offsite activities such as presentations, job simulations, and roleplaying exercises
Assessing and measuring the results of training
Frequently carrying out research and recommending necessary learning equipment, such as platforms and projectors
Ensuring that new employees undertake necessary and mandatory training on Monitoring, evaluating, and taking an accurate and adequate record of training activities and program effectiveness.
Coordinate Internal Audit Program for North America Region including schedule updates, verification of site audits, and internal auditor training.
Administrate Internal Audit Leads Team meetings to ensure the program remains on track and updates to program occur timely
Training of QMR with the sites and quarterly entry into GIMS/Intelex with a summary of QMS health, maintaining the schedule and reporting Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Metrics
Studies/Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:
3-5 years’ work experience within a Quality/QMS background and Associate's degree
5+ years of quality experience working within an ISO 9001
Experience in performing ISO Audits and Management Reviews
Have experience building up and implementing a training program
Strong PC Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Must be capable of networking with others within the Quality teams, production facilities, and other cross-functional stakeholders
Ability to multitask and work independently is expected
