Quality Assurance Specialist

Randstad in partnership with a leading biotechnology company located in St. Louis, MO is now hiring for a Quality Assurance Specialist. If you are the selected candidate for this role, you will work with our client who is shaping the world of agriculture with breakthrough innovation for the benefit of farmers, consumers and our planet.

The successful candidate will support the management and administration of the Quality Management System. They will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks under general supervision; a certain degree of creativity and latitude is required; this position requires strong written communication skills, attention to detail, customer focus; and this position requires an individual to work with individual teams and quality representatives within the teams to achieve objectives.

This role participates within the QMS team in helping track key performance indicators, managing and documenting procedures and standard work, maintaining training records, preparing management review materials, trainings and tools to ensure compliance to ISO standards.


Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

Assist with identifying opportunities to document processes. Develop standard operating procedures (SOP's) or standard work documents.

Maintain training curriculums and current functional job training records.

Coordinate document reviews, revisions, and approval process.

Assist with reviewing quality errors for trending.

Assist in collecting and tracking KPI metrics

Assist with the development of QMS training and tracking QMS training records

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM


Preference given to candidates with quality laboratory or quality management experience.






Minimum of a Bachelors degree with 0-3 years experience in a quality role or related area.

Ability to engage team members to understand and document processes.

Self-starter, detail & process oriented, systematic in approach and have an operational understanding of ISO based quality management systems.

Highly proficient with the Microsoft Word.

Highly proficient in SharePoint, specifically document control.

Possess strong oral and written communication skills.

Possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
