This position is responsible for entry level non-skilled general labor while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
Applicants will be considered for openings in the live receiving department. Tasks include hanging live chickens to maintain a full production line. Standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing, pulling, and reaching are required in all areas. These positions work in a dusty, hot, and humid to cold and damp environment. Jobs are fast paced and require repetitive motion. Some positions require lifting, pushing and pulling up to 40 lbs.
No rehire for former Tyson Team Members that were termed for gross misconduct. Former Tyson Team Members must be separated from the company for a minimum of 365 calendar days.
