Must take immediate action to correct and/or report any unsafe conditions and hazards. * Take an active role in caring for the equipment to prevent breakdowns and defects and help increase overall equipment efficiency through 6S, TPM total productive maintenance, and other Lean Manufacturing initiatives directed by the Sedalia site. * He/she shall have the ability to pick up and deliver loads, tier up materials in stacks and other related duties as required while meeting satisfactory job requirements. * He/she shall be responsible and expected to observe all safety regulations pertaining to the operation of the vehicle and be constantly on the alert to avoid injuries and have his/her truck under control at all times. * The operator shall be capable of coordinating material deliveries to and from storage areas to use points so as to maximize the time spend moving loads.
