Staff Management | SMX has immediate openings for an Assembly Lead with Our Client in Slater, MO. Assembly leads work with and-or around moving mechanical parts. Noise level varies and can be loud. Lift, bend, reach above the head, kneel, crouch, and-or stretch during shifts.

Industry: Manufacturing.

Duties: The Lead Position provides direction and assistance to the work group in order to meet assigned objectives. A person in this role, works within defined parameters to make decisions, apply concepts to issues of moderate complexity, and resolve issues through immediate action.

Employment Types: Temp to Hire, Full Time.
