Our Supply group is responsible for brewing, packaging and shipping the famous Budweiser beer. They also oversee aluminum can manufacturing, barley fields, hop farms and a rice mill. Life in supply is non-stop action with high-speed lines, tight production schedules and unbelievably high quality standards. We also dedicate those big, high-speed lines to help our communities during times of disaster by packaging cans of emergency drinking water. As the Director of Maintenance and Utilities for the North America Zone you will be:

  • Responsible to define and deliver short/medium and long-term strategy for Maintenance and Utilities transformation for our Supply Operations (Breweries and verticals – over 30 operating facilities) including digital transformation through the application of predictive maintenance technologies to revolutionize maintenance at AB

  • The position is responsible for supporting all operating departments through driving world class maintenance execution and cost management to enable delivery of performance critical metrics in brewing, packaging and Utilities.

  • The position is responsible for the sustainability agenda for NAZ Supply, primarily through the achievement of our energy and fluid critical metrics. Individual is responsible for leading bold and transformative changes to our operations to deliver ambitious reduction in fuel usage, electricity, water and CO2.

  • The position has financial responsibility for the maintenance package, core working capital and the energy and fluids package for North America

Job Qualifications

  • B.S. Engineering, Science or related technical discipline

  • 5 - 10 years experience with Manufacturing, Maintenance Operations, Automation and Controls

  • Demonstrated experience leading & managing a team for delivering results

  • Good working knowledge of brewery operations and organizational structure

  • Strong collaborative, planning, and communications skills

  • Excellent technical problem-solving skills required

  • Ability to simultaneously deliver on multiple efforts

  • Demonstrates business knowledge, creativity, strategic and multi-level thinking capability

  • Leadership skills, interpersonal skills, ability to persuade and influence strong team player

  • Knowledge of tools for problem solving and continuous improvement

  • 40% travel
