Our Supply group is responsible for brewing, packaging and shipping the famous Budweiser beer. They also oversee aluminum can manufacturing, barley fields, hop farms and a rice mill. Life in the Supply group is non-stop action with high-speed lines, tight production schedules and unbelievably high quality standards. This is a place where we measure productivity in seconds, not hours, days or weeks. Paramount in all of this is a commitment to safety above all else and social responsibility. 99.8% of everything that enters our breweries is either completely used in the process or recycled. We leverage our supply group to help our communities during times of disaster by packaging cans of emergency drinking water. Our customers expect the best and the Supply team provides it.
Provide 24x7 escalated & operational support services (including weekends and holidays) for North America Zone Supply facilities (12 US breweries, 6 Canadian breweries, and vertical operation facilities)
Ensure all infrastructure and plant floor systems are aligned with the latest security policies and standards
Own and monitor Plant Floor Support critical metrics/PIs to ensure employees and leveraged contract teams are executing work as expected
Engage in root cause analysis and troubleshooting of major issues
Promote and enforce effective organizational change, support transition and support customer concern processes for various design and implementation teams. Work with internal/external teams to resolve issues, improve support and enhance products
Develop, document, and implement various process improvement initiatives
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in IT support, engineering, or manufacturing
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or IT management subject area
Above average problem solving & multi-tasking abilities, leads by example, acts as an owner, results oriented & strong customer focus skills
Ability to extract, evaluate, and utilize data for process improvement from applicable systems
Intermediate knowledge of computer hardware, Windows Operating System & IT Infrastructure, relational database and software monitoring technologies.
Must be willing to travel as needed and remain flexible to changes in responsibility
Production process management experience a plus
