The Boeing Company F15 Mechanical Systems Customer Training Specialist in St Louis, Missouri

BGS is currently seeking a F15 Customer Training Specialist Aircraft Maintenance Mechanical Systems for the F-15 Qatar Training Program. The initial training and onboarding will take place in St. Louis, MO with the position deploying to Al Udeid AFB, Qatar (Doha). You will be supporting the maintenance training program on the new Boeing F-15QA aircraft.

This is a Long Term Assignment to Al Udeid AFB, Qatar for a minimum of 2 years. Relocation/assignment benefits to the international location will be provided.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Evaluates customer technical training needs to determine appropriate training content, objectives, design.

  • Develops, conducts and evaluates effectiveness of technical training.

  • Uses specialized software technology to research, configure, maintain, update and develop new and existing media and materials.

  • Assists with proposal development.

  • Conducts analyses to evaluate customer technical training needs to determine appropriate training content, objectives and design.

  • Oversees activities the development, delivery and evaluation of technical training.

  • Establishes processes for identifying training content and evaluating training effectiveness.

  • Uses specialized software technology to research, configure, maintain, update and develop new and existing media and materials.

  • Gathers data to support complete proposal development activities.

  • Ensures accuracy and quality of training products. Coaches and develops others.

Basic Qualifications:

  • This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience with maintenance working on the F-15E or an equivalent aircraft

  • Minimum of 1 year experience with training courseware development and formal instructor platform experience.

  • These positions require a minimum of 5 years' experience in one or more of the following Mechanical System areas on a F-15E or equivalent fighter aircraft :

  • APG (Crew Chief) OM,

  • Engine Systems,

  • Secondary Power Systems OM,

  • Engine Run OM,

  • Hydraulics / Pneudraulics Systems OM,

  • Fuel Systems OM & IM (Conformal Fuel Tank and External Tank).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Maintenance Training Instructor in the F-15E/K/S/SG or similar High Performance Fighter Aircraft

  • Formal Instructor certification as an Instructor, Senior Instructor, or Master Instructor

  • Platform and Practical Instructional experience is highly desired

  • Candidate must be able to obtain a work visa, depending on requirements of the country.

  • Candidate must be able to meet the cultural requirements of the country, as applicable.

  • Employment is contingent on the candidate’s ability to satisfy all labor and immigration formalities of the country.

  • Because the candidate selected will be expected to go on an international assignment, the offer will be contingent upon the candidate’s ability to obtain clearances from International Health Services and the receipt of a visa/work permit to the country in which he or she will be assigned. These contingencies also apply to any/all family members who may be relocating with the candidate

This position is located in a location that does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
