Keurig Dr Pepper Machine Operator in St. Louis, Missouri
Powder Room Machine OP II operates, monitors, troubleshoots, and maintains production and packaging equipment to consistently produce products that will meet or exceed powder room quality specifications by properly cleaning equipment, following recipe instructions, and calculating and accurately measuring all ingredients.
Full time permanent position working 8hrs, 1:30p – 9:30p
The starting rate of pay is $17.50 + $0.75 shift differential
Training will be on 1st shift (5:30a-1:30p) for approx. 3 months
Eligible for $1/hr increase after training period
Performs duties with a safety-first approach
Performs daily set up and running of powder bag machine and replenish production materials as needed
Complete PI sheet in SAP as well as consume materials
Troubleshoot to make repairs or adjustments as needed
Perform machine changeovers and clean and sanitize all equipment as required
Operates forklift per training procedures
2 years of experience working with and on automated machinery and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical equipment
Basic understanding and application of mathematical skills to make production calculations and perform loss and waste analysis
Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 pounds frequently without assistance
Ability to frequently kneel, squat, bend, and stoop, twist, and reach overhead with repetitive motion
Ability to spend significant time standing on manufacturing floor with some frequency computer work
Bagger machine experience preferred
