Product Operations Manager


Location: St Louis, Missouri, United States

The Product Operations Manager provides technical expertise in the development, management, and maintenance of electronic products, platforms, services, and LMS integrations in support of the NHE strategy.Helps to define and provide platform and product policies and documentation. Provides communication regarding releases, on-going issues and maintenance, and internal product inquiries. Provides input on new development, and manages reporting. Assists Product Operations Director with special projects and activities to support product teams.

Your responsibilities

  • Interacts with customers and internal teams to represent requirements and understand key customer needs and market basics.

  • Represent product teams by owning and executing internal communications.

  • Oversee and manage production incidents and identify enhancements where applicable.

  • Provide ad-hoc and annual reporting and metrics.

  • Assist with projects, as well as product, platform, LTI, and LMS activities.

What you should bring

  • Possess strong understanding of key technologies, including LTI and LMSs in the market.

  • Understanding of product delivery and development lifecycle.

  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with colleagues on various teams across internal departments including Technology, Sales, Marketing, and Support.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and technical skills.

  • Able to compare and evaluate various possibilities to make actionable recommendations that consider business and customer implications.
