The Boeing Company Senior Tool Integration Analyst in St Louis, Missouri

Boeing’s Emergent Operations Team has an exciting opportunity in their machine shop for a Senior Tool Integration Analyst to join our dynamic team in St. Louis, MO .

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develops complex project estimates and schedules.

  • Provides program visibility to management and customers.

  • Coordinates work off-loading and confers with subcontractors to ensure timely delivery.

  • Resolves schedule, product deviations and manufacturing requirements at the program level, analyze impacts and monitors workarounds.

  • Creates and manages comprehensive multi-tiered project schedules for significant organization, enterprise and business unit projects.

  • Directs and manages very complex project schedules.

  • Coordinates the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project and team, finance, planning, scheduling and management.

  • Monitors program costs and processes financial documents and reports.

  • Resolves discrepancies.

  • Acts as site subject matter expert for technical content.

  • Leads and oversees assignment of work packages.

  • Analyzes and coordinates resolution of errors in tooling business and product configuration systems.

  • Works under minimal direction.

This position is for 1st shift.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. (An Interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post Start is required.)

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Associates degree or higher.

  • More than 5 years of experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

  • More than 5 years of experience in a machine shop environment.

  • More than 5 years of experience with 3D Modeling tools.

  • More than 3 years of experience in defining manufacturing and assembly plans for machining and fabrication of parts, subassemblies, final assemblies.

  • More than 5 years of experience utilizing and following detailed work instructions, reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, or specifications.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • More than 3 years of experience in project management.

  • More than 3 years of experience with MRP (Material Requirements Planning).

  • More than 3 years of experience preparing reports in support of data analysis.

  • More than 3 years of experience assessing and evaluating risk.

  • More than 3 years of experience with Manufacturing Planning and/or related machine or sheet metal shop experience.

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor+4 years' related work experience, 8 years' related work experience, etc.)


Position requires travel up to 10% of the time.
