The UX Designer is accomplished at creating innovative user experience design solutions for software in the Healthcare industry. The UX Designer will work with the User Research, product management and technology teams to define, design, prototype, and build visual experiences. The UX Designer will also be responsible for contribution towards the future state design roadmap and end-to-end journey maps that provide forward vision and direction for Lumeris.
Roles and Responsibilities
The candidate must have proven experience as a UX designer with a focus on modern user experience design
Responsible for designing all points of interaction for user experience software products and solutions
Create mid and high-fidelity wireframes for complex UI solutions based on product requirements and user-driven feedback
Present and explain UX designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders and clients
Identify and implement best practices and company standards for user experience design
Be a leader in all phases of the SAFe Agile software development lifecycle while working with cross-functional team members in a highly collaborative development environment
Continually build the skills of colleagues through peer collaboration, mentoring and training
Experience, Qualifications, and Education
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent job-related experience
Requires at least 5 years experience in a design role
Requires mastery of creative design and use of prototyping tools
Requires at least 3 years HTML5/Responsive user experience design
Requires in-depth knowledge of software development lifecycles and their utilization in software projects
Requires solid communication and interpersonal skills; with the ability to work constructively in a collaborative Agile team environment
Greatly beneficial to have experience with Responsive web design; greatly beneficial to have experience with frameworks like React, AngularJS, Bootstrap, Less, or Foundation
Greatly beneficial to have previous experience in the Healthcare industry
Greatly beneficial to have experience with mobile platforms development for iOS or Android
